Does Hector already know my business?
You provide approved information. Missing prices or appointment times need clarification; Hector should not invent them.
What can I try in the demo?
Workflows for fictional garages, contractors, salons, beauty and fitness businesses. Sample answers, prices and availability are not customer results.
What does setup include?
One business, the Hector chatbot on your existing website and one initial adjustment. You test the answers; social accounts and email need validated access. A complete new website is a separate service.
How can I use AI-generated images?
AI image generation tailored to your social post. Hector creates a visual to accompany your message; you review it before using it. Access for your business is confirmed according to service conditions. Planned offer: Basic 15, Pro 50, Growth 100 monthly credits; usage is confirmed before activation.
Can I email invoices or pay online?
Invoices and PDFs are within the Basic+ Finance scope. Email sending, online payment and top-ups are not enabled. Define your workflow during the demo.
How do subscriptions work?
Monthly plans with no annual commitment. The terms explain scope, additional work and cancellation. The demo does not make a purchase.
